Thank you for your interest in submitting your products to the HomePlace Group family of businesses. Our mission is to make our customers feel better and more comfortable in and about their homes. We are always looking for the newest & best ideas, innovations, & products in the bedding, comfort, electronics, home and garden categories. Thank you for considering HomePlace Group as a potential retail channel for your product. Please read the following procedural information:

Because we receive a large number of submissions, there are a few guidelines we ask you to follow.  We do this to avoid any misunderstanding, help streamline the process & save costs for both parties.

iSubmit product photo, description and specifications that you would like to be considered

iSubmit complete contact information; including company name, contact name, phone number & email address.

iDo not submit a non-disclosure form.  Because we constantly receive many similar products, we do not complete non-disclosure forms.

iPlease understand that submitting products information for review does not mean that we signify acceptance of the product. We will evaluate your product for this or any other website store we operate.

After the Merchandise Manager has reviewed the product information, you will be contacted if it is determined that we would like the relationship to go further.  Because of the large number of submissions, we may not be able to contact you if the product does not fit into our current merchandise selection.

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

We use formal purchase orders to order products from our vendors with the exact terms, conditions, references and prices. This clearly communicates our purchase intentions and expectations at specific prices and quantities. 

Any deviations from the purchase order details results in cancellation, refusal of shipment or a credit demand to our account in accordance with the purchase order.

Please contact the purchase manager immediately should there be any reason you cannot fill the order as specified in the purchase order.
